RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because our boxes contain food products and handmade items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a box has been shipped. We know that's a firm policy, and we stand behind it because we stand behind what's inside every box.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
This is where we draw the line. If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, contact us at kim@wildgirlgifts.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right. Full replacement.
What if I ordered the wrong box?
If you contact us before your order ships, we can make changes. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make adjustments. Email kim@wildgirlgifts.com as quickly as possible and we'll do everything we can.
Why no returns on food products?
Once a box leaves our hands, we can't verify the condition of food products that come back to us - and we'd never resell them regardless. It's the same reason you can't return an opened bottle of olive oil to a grocery store. It's not a lack of trust in you - it's a commitment to the next person who opens a Wild Girl Gifts box.
