SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
All orders ship via USPS at a flat rate of $9.95 for Ground Advantage (2–5 business days) or $19.95 for Priority Mail (2–3 business days). Choose the option that works best for you at checkout.
When will my order ship?
All boxes are packed by hand and ship within 2–3 business days of your order. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via Priority Mail only. The flat rate for those destinations is $29.95. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii only. International shipping is on our roadmap - join our email list to be the first to know when it's available.
Can I expedite my order?
If you need your order in a hurry, select Priority Mail at checkout. If you have an urgent gifting deadline that Priority Mail won't meet, email us at kim@wildgirlgifts.com before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because our boxes contain food products and handmade items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a box has been shipped. We know that's a firm policy, and we stand behind it because we stand behind what's inside every box.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
This is where we draw the line. If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, contact us at kim@wildgirlgifts.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right. Full replacement.
What if I ordered the wrong box?
If you contact us before your order ships, we can make changes. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make adjustments. Email kim@wildgirlgifts.com as quickly as possible and we'll do everything we can.
Why no returns on food products?
Once a box leaves our hands, we can't verify the condition of food products that come back to us - and we'd never resell them regardless. It's the same reason you can't return an opened bottle of olive oil to a grocery store. It's not a lack of trust in you - it's a commitment to the next person who opens a Wild Girl Gifts box.
